Hey!! I'm Sophie (Soph in the gym!) and I am the Owner of The Muscle Factory. As the owner of The Muscle Factory, I’m incredibly proud to have created a space where everyone feels welcome, supported, and motivated. My goal has always been to build more than just a gym, it’s an environment where people of all levels can come in, feel comfortable, and work towards becoming their best selves. I genuinely enjoy seeing our members grow in confidence, push past their limits, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. Being part of that journey is what makes it all so rewarding, and it’s the reason The Muscle Factory is the positive, driven environment it is today.
